CORPORATE LEGAL ASSISTANT | DENVER


Robert Half has partnered with a prestigious Denver law firm to hire a 5 plus years' experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to support their dynamic corporate legal practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated transactional practice supporting attorneys on corporate governance, business transactions, and entity management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment while managing multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to corporate and transactional attorneys

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare, revise, proofread, and format corporate legal documents and correspondence

Assist with entity formations, annual filings, corporate governance records, and organizational documents

Maintain electronic client and matter files with accuracy and organization

Track deadlines, manage attorney time entry, billing, and expense reimbursements

Coordinate closing materials, signature packets, and transaction documents

Prepare materials for client meetings, board meetings, and corporate transactions

Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams


Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Corporate Legal Assistant, or Transactional Legal Assistant in a law firm.

Experience supporting corporate, business, or transactional attorneys is strongly preferred

Exceptional organizational, proofreading, and document formatting skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work independently

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and legal document management systems


Compensation & Benefits
