Job description

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is actively recruiting for a part-time Legal Assistant to provide ongoing administrative support to a corporate legal team.


This fully remote position requires availability during core Pacific Time business hours.


Position Details

  • Schedule: 10–15 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, supporting Pacific Time hours
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Duration: Long-term, ongoing assignment
  • Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour


Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized digital legal files and documents.
  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes.
  • Assign and track legal work using Ironclad.
  • Prepare and route documents for electronic signature through DocuSign.
  • Delegate tasks and follow up on outstanding assignments.
  • Provide general administrative and workflow support to the legal team.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Strong digital filing, inbox management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Ironclad and DocuSign is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Availability for 10–15 hours per week during core Pacific Time business hours.
