The role of a Bi-State Management Leasing Agent requires high energy, a burning desire to make a real difference in peopleโ€™s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and customers. This diverse role combines sales, customer relations, maintenance knowledge, and marketing to lease apartment homes, build excellent relationships with guests and residents, and maintain their highest regards for our property, processes, and people.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Tour prospects and lease apartment homes
  • Convert calls and online leads into leases
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents
  • Coordinate with maintenance and follow up on work orders
  • Keep the office, model units, and community looking their best
  • Plan, organize, and conduct resident functions to engage our community
  • Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all leaserelated paperwork, from the application process through move out.

  • Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality
  • Strong communication and organization skills
