Beztak is looking to hire a Leasing Manager to join our team. The Leasing Manager is responsible for achieving and maintaining occupancy goals of the community. This position builds and implements a comprehensive advertising and marketing plan that includes both internal and external marketing and generates required traffic.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Leads the training and professional development of self and the leasing staff
  • Complies with policies in a positive manner.
  • Assists in maintaining a motivational atmosphere in the workplace.
  • Provides and receives open, positive, direct feedback to all team members.
  • Assists in the organization and preparation of move-in, renewals and the move-out of our residents to ensure that the process is a positive experience, (worthy of referral) for our residents.
  • Lead tours of the property and build rapport and follow up with potential tenants
  • Participate in and implement resident retention programs
  • Maintains a strong knowledge of, and accurate database within, all relevant operating systems including Yardi, lead tracking software etc.
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties. Must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes.
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role or related field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
  • You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
  • You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
