Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents by planning and participating in marketing activities to attract prospective residents; greeting applicants, showcasing the community, and collecting applications; communicating the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
Assist the Community Manager by processing applications in a timely manner, taking resident phone calls, following up with prospective residents, and completing additional, on-going administrative functions of the community
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in apartment leasing
  • Affordable Housing experience (LIHTC preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
  • Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, and/or Yardi), or the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, to effectively communicate with and support a diverse resident population
