Just be prepared to dream big! ..Apple's Global Process Organization is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Order to Cash (O2C) Technology Manager to lead the strategic development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions supporting our global Order to Cash processes. As manager of the O2C Technology team, you'll lead a team of fully dedicated, centralized technical experts who build the technology solutions that will power Apple's Order-to-Cash operations into the future, ensuring high standards of technical quality, development rigor, and delivery accountability. This role sits at the heart of a major transformation model to drive strategic outcomes at Apple's scale.
This role will be critical in driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across our Collections, Credit, Cash Applications, Invoicing Compliance and Revenue Operations functions. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of O2C business processes, enterprise-level technology platforms, and have a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects with an emphasis on Process Innovation & Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will create an environment where the right technology-whether data pipelines, AI-powered automation, or custom tooling-is applied to the right problem to drive scalable, well-architected outcomes. The Order to Cash Technology Manager will be accountable for the professional and technical development of their team, thoughtful resource allocation across a high-demand portfolio, and end-to-end delivery of O2C technology solutions. You'll work closely with the O2C Global Process Owner, O2C Global Operation Leaders, and technology partners including the Finance Transformation Office, FDT, and IS&T.
5+ years in Order to Cash, Finance Operations, Finance Projects, or a related technical or analytical function2+ years leadership experience managing a high performing teamStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile delivery methodologies, version control (e.g. Git/GitHub), and release managementFamiliarity with foundational data and development technologies (such as Python, SQL, or enterprise data pipelines) sufficient to guide technical teams, diagnose issues, and evaluate solution designsProven experience managing and delivering large-scale technology projects, preferably within an O2C or Finance domain
Experience leading a centralized technology function or Center of ExcellenceStrong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including Collections, Credit, Cash Applications, Invoicing Compliance and Revenue Operations an advantageDemonstrated proficiency and practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) in a finance or operations context, particularly in areas like predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or anomaly detection within a Finance context.Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Dataiku, Tableau, or equivalent data and analytics platforms an advantageFamiliarity with RPA platforms and intelligent process automationExperience partnering with IS&T, FDT, or equivalent enterprise technology teamsTrack record managing competing priorities through structured intake and governance processesExperience leading teams through significant change management and transformation environmentsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels - equally at home in an executive briefing and a technical design session
