The Learning Solutions Coordinator supports the daily operations that enable employee learning and development across LYB. This role serves as a key administrator for the LYBUniversity ecosystem, providing learning management system (LMS) support, learner assistance, program administration, assessment coordination, reporting, communications, and operational logistics.
The coordinator ensures learning records remain accurate, training programs are administered efficiently, participant communications are delivered on time, and employees receive a seamless experience when engaging with development opportunities. This position works closely with learning leaders, HR professionals, employees, vendors, and internal partners to support the successful execution of learning and talent programs.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused individual who enjoys coordinating multiple activities, solving administrative issues, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting employees throughout their learning journey.
A Day in the Life
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Administer and maintain learning content, classes, curricula, certifications, learning paths, and learner records within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support employee and administrator access, learning assignments, enrollments, completions, attendance records, and transcript maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and provide timely resolution or escalation of learner support requests.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reporting to support business, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across learning systems and records.

Program Administration & Learner Support
  • Coordinate program administration activities for leadership, professional development, and enterprise learning offerings.
  • Manage participant registrations, communications, attendance tracking, program records, and completion processing.
  • Serve as a primary resource for learner inquiries through the LYBUniversity inbox and other support channels.
  • Partner with learning team members and stakeholders to ensure a positive and seamless learner experience.
  • Support follow-up activities related to attendance, course completion, and learner participation.

Assessment & Certification Administration
  • Administer learning assessments, certifications, digital badging, and development tools, including participant enrollment, tracking, reporting, and communications.
  • Coordinate assessment logistics, report distribution, completion monitoring, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and support budget tracking, reporting, and operational processes associated with assessment and certification programs.

Communications, Reporting & Operational Support
  • Prepare and distribute program communications, announcements, reminders, and participant updates.
  • Compile learning participation, completion, and operational metrics to support reporting requirements and decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation, process guides, and operational records to support consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate logistical activities for virtual and in-person learning events, including materials, supplies, facilities, and participant support.

You Bring This Value
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, learning administration, HR operations, customer support, or related administrative roles.
  • 1-3 years experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR technology platforms, or enterprise applications, with SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering employee learning, leadership development, talent management, or professional development programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report creation, data validation, and analysis.
  • Experience supporting assessments, certifications, digital badging programs, or employee feedback tools.
  • Experience coordinating virtual and in-person training events, workshops, or cohort-based learning programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.
