Job Description:
  • Our ideal for someone who is passionate about enabling Client people to achieve their full potential and driving excellence in learning and development.
  • The Senior Associate, Technologist plays a critical role in supporting the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy by leveraging Workday functionality. This position partners closely with the broader HRIS team, Organizational Learning partners, and L&D design and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of L&D priorities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HRIS Systems, preferably Workday’s learning modules and reporting capabilities, helping to drive efficient processes and improve user experience.
  • You will serve as a key partner in the design & delivery process, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide training programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HRIS and L&D teams to implement and optimize Workday Learning functionalities in alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Workday Learning workflows, ensuring smooth system operation and user accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor learning program effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support learning program implementation, including content uploads, course assignments, and data integrity checks.
  • Partner with Organizational Learning teams to assess system capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Provide technical support for Workday Learning, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system updates.
  • Ability to work with internal and external auditors to run compliance reports and provide requested training records.
  • Support Enterprise Learning and Development Programs, including Train the Trainer, New Hire Orientation & Enterprise Program Administration.
  • Stay up to date with Workday system updates and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.
 
Required Education:
  • Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Information Systems, or related field
 
Top 5 Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferred Workday Learning.
  • 1+ years experience with HRIS Learning modules and reporting
  • 1+ years experience managing multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience in system testing, implementation, and process improvement within HR technology.
 
Preferred Attributes:
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and broader L&D best practices.
  • Experienced partnering with HRIS, L&D teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a corporate environment
  • Workday Certification or specialized training in Workday Learning
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Education, Information Systems or related field
