Job Title:: Learning & Development (L&D) Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX and Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Day 1 onsite/Initial few months remote later onsite/100% Remote: Day one Onsite

Job Summary โ€“

We are seeking a highly organized and results-drivenย L&D Project Managerย to lead complex, enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus onย innovation, scale, and GenAI-enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project management, partnering closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and technology teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data, automation, and generative AI.ย 

Years of experience needed โ€“

10 Plus years of strong hands-on project management experience, with 5 plus years in L&D.ย 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level learning programs
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solution
  • Hands-on exposure toย GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platforms
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesย 

Responsibilities โ€“

  • Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and upskilling programs
  • Identify and implementย GenAI use casesย across the learning lifecycle (e.g., content creation, personalization, assessments, learning analytics, coaching bots)
  • Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI-driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively
  • Oversee pilot programs for GenAI-enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization
  • Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure use of AI in learning initiatives
  • Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructional designers, facilitators, LMS admins, vendors) to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy
  • Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports
  • Oversee pilot programs, rollouts, and post-launch evaluations
  • Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain project documentation and governance standardsย
