Education:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree(BA/BS).
Required Competencies
• 2+ years of experience designing e-learnings, videos, and ILTs in Learning & Development, Manufacturing, or IT.
• Demonstrated instructional design expertise, including needs analysis, learning strategy, and content development.
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also thriving in collaborative environments.
• Ability to design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and e-learnings.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Project management skills to handle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information for diverse learner audiences.

• The interview process will include a demo presentation of training materials you've created and a discussion of your design process.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings to support new AH IT systems introduced by Project Tetris.
• Act as a learning consultant by partnering closely with stakeholders to identify fit-for-purpose learning solutions that address business needs.
• Create learning content that addresses skill gaps, aligns with business goals, and provides engaging, accessible learning experiences.
• Take complex technical content and transform it into clear, digestible, and engaging training materials.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders and consistently delivering high-quality work.
• Apply instructional design best practices to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Continuously improve learning experiences and workflows based on input from stakeholders and learners.
