Job description

Job Summary:
Learning Care Group is dedicated to caring for children and families while supporting their team members. The Project Manager will lead operational projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met while fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
• Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with all PMO, risk, architecture, policy and other relevant guidelines.
• Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with resources across one or more projects (staff, equipment, vendors, and consultants).
• Create and develop RFPs, RFIs, SOWs for projects.
• Manage budget for assigned projects, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.
• Responsible for project execution including ongoing management of risks/issues/change control, communication, and reporting.
• Ensure project completion is signed off on and effectively hand off to Operations team.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships within EPMO department and 3rd party vendors or service providers to enhance results.
• Leverage client service focus approach to maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Lead and facilitate regularly occurring meetings.
• Coordinate communications and rollout planning.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field required
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects service providers or vendors
Preferred:
• One or more certificates (ITIL, PMP, etc.) preferred
