Job description

Our client is looking for a Learning Management System Admin in Auburn Hills, MI!
This contract opportunity (possible extension or direct hire for the right candidate) offers a starting pay rate of $24.13/hour (benefits are available).
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Lead LMS Administrator for Cornerstone LMS in North America.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manufacturing and Health & Safety LMS Administrators.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for LMS Administrators across North American manufacturing sites.
  • Review, update, and create SOPs, user guides, and training documentation.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and support LMS Administrator development.
  • Support Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) users with training and troubleshooting.
  • Help manage mandatory training assignments, completions, and reporting for employees.
  • Monitor training access and completion metrics and develop reporting processes.
  • Support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities and LMS integrations.
  • Partner with ICT teams to resolve LMS system issues and enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone preferred).
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to train and support users.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
  • Experience delivering train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), such as EdCast.
  • Experience supporting LMS environments within manufacturing, training, or corporate learning organizations.
