Summary
Under direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Employee Training and Education Administrator provides administrative support for the training activities of all BLM GROUP USA employees.
Essential Functions
The duties listed below are the specific duties and tasks that someone in this position must accomplish (i.e. why the job exists.)  These are the core responsibilities of the position that cannot be modified or eliminated.  The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the level and/or class of this position.    
Plan and coordinate all new hires' week-one onboarding activities
Order, track, and assign tools as needed, for any field service-related employees
Schedule training courses in 4U LMS 
Assist with training employees on the use and navigation of the LMS platforms
Work with BLM GROUP USA's training areas to monitor progress of assigned trainings, and help to gather feedback of trainers and trainees  
Contribute to the updating and evolution of the LMS platforms, including documentation and training materials, promoting their full use
Provide monthly status report of employees' Active Transcript in 4U, to their manager 
Provide support to both the Training Management and HR Management teams
Assist with creating and editing training videos as needed  
Other duties as assigned by management
