Systems Coordinator

Wolverine Human Services | Full-Time | Non-Exempt | Michigan

This Role Matters

This role keeps the organization running.
As a Systems Coordinator, you support the technology and systems that staff rely on every day. From onboarding new employees to supporting internal tools, your work helps ensure teams can operate efficiently and stay connected.
You won’t just manage systems. You will help improve how the organization works.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and learning new technology.
 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

System Administration & User Support
• Manage user access across systems such as Salesforce and Slack
• Support onboarding and offboarding of staff within internal platforms
• Monitor system usage and ensure proper access and licensing
Technology Coordination
• Work with external IT partners to resolve issues and support projects
• Coordinate system updates and improvements with internal leadership
• Serve as a point of contact between staff and technology vendors
Staff Support & Training
• Help staff troubleshoot system issues and answer questions
• Support training efforts for tools like Salesforce and Slack
• Promote consistent and effective system use across teams
HR & Administrative Systems
• Assist HR with systems like Paycom and Indeed
• Support job postings, system access, and recruiting tools
• Help maintain accuracy and efficiency in HR systems

What You Need to Apply – Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• 2–4 years of experience in systems coordination, IT support, HR systems, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of systems and personnel information
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Slack, Paycom, or Indeed
• Experience supporting HR or recruiting systems
• Experience working with external vendors or IT partners

Schedule & Work Expectations

• Full-Time, Non-Exempt position
• Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required
• Reports to Director of HR
