Complete Description: The Nutrition Services Branch is requesting a UAT Coordinator for the DPH WIC Crossroads System (NC WIC Crossroads). The WIC Crossroads system, which has been jointly developed by a four state consortium, is transitioning from the warranty phase into the Maintenance and Enhancement phase. The position will coordinate and track release management assignments to appropriate stakeholders including program and technical SMEs (e.g., collect input/feedback for CR requirements and UAT) and track progress of scheduled release management activities and identifying activities at risk; working with appropriate staff to determine the overall impact to NC WIC Crossroads and releases, and to implement issue resolutions.
