Job Title: UAT Co-ordinator
Location: Santa Clara,CA

Duties:
  • The Product Operations Programs team has an exciting opportunity to assist the Testing Director, to coordinate and run the End to End (E2E) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Major Release Cycles.
  • This new team is being created and is standardizing the UAT Testing criteria within Product Operations.
  • This includes documenting best practices from current team members and to find more ways to continuously improve the existing process.
  • The UAT Coordinator will be responsible for communication between testers, IT, and appropriate stakeholders; ensure that test cases are loaded in the QA tool correctly and executed in a timely manner; and manage defect tracking and resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Communications and mainly announcements to a large group of stakeholders
  • Facilitate daily status and defect meetings
  • Report generation and analysis
  • Training new testers to the process
  • Manage execution of test cases and testing calendar
  • Support with test cases as needed - making sure they are in the tool, and running correctly
  • Following up with testers who are behind schedule
  • Facilitating the go/no-go process at the end of the cycles
  • Participating in regular lessons learned exercises
  • Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.

Preferred
  • Experience with Confluence or similar tools
  • Experience with QA processes
  • Experience with various tools (Jira, HPALM & Aha!)
  • Project Management or Coordination skills a plus
