Jackie Cooper Imports/Mercedes-Benz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Survey Index (CSI) Coordinator to join our team. The CSI Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction across all dealership departments, including Sales, Service, and Parts. This position is responsible for monitoring manufacturer CSI scores, responding to customer feedback, and supporting internal teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is also the first "face" of our brand and dealership by managing the front desk and acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service related position. Prior experience as an Automotive Delivery or CSI Coordinator is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and bearing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills required.
  • Previous experience in electronic technical support and/or technical aptitude is required.
