Job description

We are seeking a Continual Improvement (CSI) Manager for the CSES contract.

The Continual Improvement Manager is responsible for implementing service and process improvements across the program. This role interfaces with CCS process/service owners and managers, baselines performance, tracks improvement actions, reports gained efficiencies and drives measurable service improvement. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Experience driving process improvements, baselining and tracking service improvements, and reporting gained efficiencies on a contract/task order requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  •  ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or current equivalent ITIL 4 role-aligned certification; related modules/exams should be stated.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field or additional 4 years experience in lieu

  • Secret

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the continual improvement program across service lines, practices, and processes.
  • Identify, prioritize, baseline, execute, and report service and process improvement initiatives.
  • Use metrics, analytics, customer feedback, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with process/service owners to implement changes that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
  • Incorporate user-centered and human-centered design considerations into improvement planning where applicable.
  • Maintain the improvement register, improvement plans, benefit tracking, and performance reporting inputs.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $130,000 - $180,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.  The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
