Job Summary:
A detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in analytics, financial analysis, and business operations. Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through data interpretation, financial modeling, and the integration of AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and support strategic decisions. Brings a proactive mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducts data and financial analysis across campaigns, operations, and business performance to generate actionable insights.
  • Develops financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support planning and decision-making.
  • Identifies performance gaps through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and trend evaluation, recommending strategic improvements.
  • Performs profitability, cost, and market analysis to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
  • Researches and integrates AI and digital tools to automate processes and optimize workflows.
  • Maintains and improves business and financial systems to eliminate bottlenecks and increase productivity.
  • Evaluates market solutions, investment opportunities, and risk factors to support business growth.
  • Prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven and financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Basic:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, or Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Relevant work experience in business or financial analysis or a related role.
  • Preferred:
    • Professional experience in supervisory roles.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation:

  • The starting salary for this full-time role ranges from $30,000 to $40,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation is competitive and aligned with California’s minimum wage standards, with opportunities for growth based on performance and contribution.
