CSI & Car Rental Agent Naples Infinity Position Overview A CSI (Customer Service Interaction) Agent at Infinity Car Rental is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions throughout the rental process, and contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of clients. The CSI Agent acts as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless car rental experience. Key Responsibilities • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist with rental inquiries, and explain rental policies and procedures clearly.

• Rental Process Management: Guide customers through vehicle selection, documentation, payment processing, and vehicle handover. • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues to management when necessary. • Feedback Collection: Solicit and record customer feedback to improve service quality and identify areas for operational improvement.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, rental agreements, and resolution of issues. • Follow-Up: Conduct post-rental follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and support repeat business. • Collaboration: Work with other departments (maintenance, billing, management) to deliver a cohesive service experience.
