Context
RSVZ is een dynamische organisatie waar meer dan 150 mensen werken binnen de dienst Informatica. RSVZ is een 2-talige omgeving, waar er zowel Franstalige als Nederlandse stakeholders zijn. Binnen IT wordt er agile gewerkt (scrum methodologie).

De Test Coördinator maakt deel uit van een scrum development team dat multidisciplinair is samengesteld. Team Phoenix is één van de 10 development teams. Het team bestaat uit 12 personen (scrum master, business analisten, Developers, PO, DevOps, Test Analyst en Test Coördinator. In het team is de helft Nederlandstalig en de helft Franstalig. De positie van Test Coördinator staat open.

Opdracht en rol

Deze opdracht en rol is een combinatie van Test Coördinator (30%) en Test Analist (70%).

Als Test Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en opvolgen van testactiviteiten om kwalitatief hoogwaardige software te leveren die voldoet aan de vereisten en verwachtingen van de business.

Je werkt binnen een agile ontwikkelteam en stemt de testplannen af met testers, ontwikkelaars, analisten en de business.

De testcoördinator maakt gebruik van zijn/haar inzicht in de technische omgeving en de functionele behoeften om een doeltreffende testaanpak te definiëren voor de verschillende ontwikkelingen. De testcoördinator stelt acceptatiecriteria op, ontwikkelt testcases en onderhoudt de regressietestscenario’s.

De testcoördinator stemt regelmatig af met stakeholders buiten het agile team voor wat betreft end-to-end test activiteiten en acceptatietesten door de business.

Hij/zij neemt initiatief om repetitieve testen te automatiseren.

Tevens rapporteert deze transparant over de voortgang van de testactiviteiten en de kwaliteit van de ontwikkelingen.

De testcoördinator geeft dagelijks sturing aan 1 of 2 overige testers binnen het team.

Als Test Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en uitvoeren van tests met als doel kwalitatieve software af te leveren. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelt een goed inzicht in de technische omgeving en de functionele vereisten.
  • Stelt op basis van de analyses de teststrategie op voor de verschillende ontwikkelde toepassingen.
  • Werkt de testscenario’s en testcases uit voor interne ICT-testen en end-to-end tests met gebruikers.
  • Bereidt de data voor en voert de functionele en niet-functionele tests uit.
  • Coördineert en ondersteunt de acceptatietesten en begeleidt de gebruikers in dit proces.
  • Creëert regressietests om zo softwareproblemen efficiënt en snel te kunnen opsporen.
  • Heeft een goed inzicht in software test automatisering en automatiseert zelf tests, of werkt samen met andere teamleden om dit op te zetten.
  • Documenteert geautomatiseerde testprocedures (principes, tools en werkwijze).
  • Analyseert, documenteert en rapporteert op efficiënte wijze de testresultaten aan de business analisten en developers.
  • Volgt de correcties op met de betrokken partijen.
Vereiste ervaring en competenties
  • Goede kennis van software test methodieken en standaarden zoals ISTQB of TMap (5 jaar).
  • Beheersing van complexe query’s in SQL, XML en JSON (3 jaar).
  • Ervaring met API testing (Soap en REST API) en niet-functionele testen (bv. performantietests). Kennis van SoapUI/ReadyAPI/Postman of andere tools (3 jaar).
  • Ervaring met werken in Azure DevOps omgeving (3 jaar).
  • Ervaring met werken in een agile/scrum omgeving (1 jaar).
  • ISTQB certificatie is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Playwright of gelijkaardige tool is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende sociale vaardigheden zowel naar technische specialisten als naar gebruikers toe. Excellente communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin, zich flexibel opstellen en initiatief/actie ondernemen. Proactief zijn.
  • Projecten op een efficiënte en autonome manier realiseren. Organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Kwalitatief werk afleveren op basis van analyse en synthese. Analytisch vermogen.
