The Opportunity:
As a UAT Coordinator, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) for Visio Lending's software solutions. Working closely with Business Systems Analysts, business stakeholders, and Engineering teams, you'll organize testing cycles, guide end users through the UAT process, track defects and approvals, and communicate testing progress and release readiness. Your efforts will help ensure new features and system enhancements meet business requirements and are ready for a successful launch.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate UAT cycles across releases and projects
  • Partner with business systems analysts (BSAs) to translate requirements into UAT test plans and test cases
  • Recruit, onboard, and guide business users who serve as UAT testers
  • Maintain the UAT schedule, entry/exit criteria, and readiness checklists
  • Track test execution progress, defects, and resolution status, and report regularly on UAT health
  • Facilitate defect triage and communication between business testers and engineering
  • Manage UAT sign-off, approvals, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate UAT status, risks, and go/no-go recommendations to stakeholders
  • Coordinate test environment and test data readiness with technical teams
  • Maintain UAT documentation, templates, and process standards, and drive continuous improvement
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives as needed

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3- 5 years of experience coordinating UAT, software testing, or project delivery
  • Proven experience organizing and leading test cycles that involve business or non-technical testers
  • Experience collaborating with business systems analysts (BSAs) to build test plans and test cases
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail)
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills
  • A clear communicator who can bridge business and technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent test cycles and competing priorities
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devices

What We Prefer to Find:
  • Experience in mortgage lending, financial services, or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries to validate data
  • Experience with requirements management and test traceability
  • PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or ISTQB certification
