Title: Sr. SAP SuccessFactors Mentoring Functional Lead Consultant (Remote)
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 - 12 Months with possible extension

Note: If hired, candidates must be comfortable traveling to Onsite office for onboarding purposes - All expenses covered
***This is a US Federal Govt. Opportunity - No Work Visa Sponsorships available and has to be a W2 Contract***
Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.
Role Description:
This person will essentially own the Mentoring functional workstream from discovery and design through configuration, testing, production deployment, knowledge transfer, and stabilization. SuccessFactors consultant who has broader talent experience but has not personally configured Mentoring will not be sufficient.
The resource should be capable of:
• Leading Mentoring discovery, requirements validation, and functional design
• Configuring Mentoring programs, eligibility, mentor/mentee profiles, matching rules, relationship lifecycle, and program administration
• Supporting/configuring RBP, notifications, and administrator access
• Supporting Mentoring participation reporting, preferably using SuccessFactors Story Reporting
• Developing configuration/design documentation and detailed test scripts
• Performing functional QA and supporting UAT, defect resolution, and retesting
• Supporting deployment across DEV, QA, and Production
• Providing administrator training and knowledge transfer
• Supporting production validation, stabilization, and hypercare
Also, the person does not need to handle every supporting function independently. The key is finding someone who can credibly own the Mentoring functional solution and implementation.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred
• 2+ SuccessFactors Mentoring implementations preferred, with 1 complete implementation as the minimum
• At least 1 Mentoring implementation personally taken through design/configuration, testing, and production go-live
• Demonstrated hands-on configuration of Mentoring programs, mentor/mentee profiles, matching, and lifecycle
• Functional/workstream lead experience on 2+ SuccessFactors implementations preferred
• RBP experience - 2+ years or demonstrated hands-on project experience preferred
• Story Reporting - at least 1 implementation/project preferred
• Testing/UAT - 2+ implementations preferred, including test-script development and defect resolution
• 2+ SuccessFactors production go-lives preferred
• Administrator training/knowledge transfer experience on at least 1 implementation
• Current/relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) strongly preferred
• Federal, government, or similarly regulated environment experience preferred
• SAP NS2/Sovereign Cloud experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Must be available to support the proposed schedule through the December 31, 2026 Mentoring deadline
