As our Operations Systems Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include working with our Program and Process Managers and Business Analysts to support the delivery and administration of our operational systems and applications. You'll collaborate with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders to deliver user accounts, reporting, validation, monitoring, and support. Proficient communication, timeliness, and attention to detail are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities
As our Operations Systems Coordinator, you will:
  • Support as needed, Process, Product, and Business managers with monitoring and validation of processes.
  • Assist with documenting and noting requirements for system/process requests.
  • Administer user accounts for operational applications and systems
  • Automation monitoring, alerting, and support.
  • Assist with team organization.
  • Reporting administration and delivery.
  • Coordinating Service Now tickets.
  • Assist with user testing as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams that include Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, business stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to build strong partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries.
  • Lead linear projects where necessary to support Operational objectives.
  • Assist in remediating accounts and processes as needed.

Qualifications
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of professional experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing project deliverables, and planning, executing, or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating, reviewing, and coordinating customer-impacting operational communications, ensuring messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams to define business requirements, analyze operational data, identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable experience or coordinating workflows timely and accurately.
  • Experience with business process improvements and user acceptance testing - writing and executing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy.
