Job description

Job Title: Senior Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a Senior Systems Coordinator to provide leadership and coordination across complex space-based programs, with a focus on space weather instruments and observatory development. This role will support full lifecycle execution, from initial design through launch and post-launch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level coordination and leadership across system design, development, and integration activities
  • Support testing, validation, and verification of space-based systems and instruments
  • Oversee system integration efforts and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Participate in launch operations, post-launch checkout, and commissioning activities
  • Ensure successful execution across the full system lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
  • Experience supporting complex systems development, preferably in aerospace or space-based programs
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes
  • Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
