Job description

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Engineering & Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.


  • Establishes lifecycle management of MD 9 systems and servers. Includes install/update/troubleshooting, policies, resource management, vulnerability scans, patching, STIG/SRG application, and SOP development. Senior proficiency recommended due classified systems lifecycle responsibility.

  • Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of related work experience with a TS/SCI Clearance
  • Should also have STIG/SRG, ACAS/Nessus, patching, vulnerability remediation experience.
  • Must meet DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the Systems Administrator work role, designated as work role code 451 at the Intermediate proficiency level

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
