Systems Analyst

Tualatin, OR (Hybrid)

12 months contract

Job Description:

This position oversees and provides the analytical/technical skills needed for supporting coordination, maintenance, and improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management software and related processes within the Legal Operations team. The position is responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day tactical functionality, the operational requirements to have the system working at full capacity, and will be involved in the maintenance of the CLM system along with the Legal team. The role is also a highly collaborative role in the expectation of a partnership with the Lawyers and Legal Staff for utilizing data, systems, and operations knowledge in conjunction with contract analyses, report development (e.g., cycle time), as well as implementing best practices.


The position also involves day to day maintenance of the CLM system and ad hoc reporting. It requires proficiency with either the current CLM (Icertis) or similar systems, knowledge of software improvement/implementation methodology, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.

  • The role is also a highly collaborative role in the expectation of a partnership with the Lawyers and Legal Staff for utilizing data,systems, and operations knowledge in conjunction with contract analyses, report development (e.g., cycle time), as well as implementing best practices. The role needs to support system upkeep and analytics creation, reports, PowerBI, and programming in the Microsoft tech stack.

Qualifications:

  • Icertis experience and configuration/development preferred
  • Project Management (PM) experience in Agile or traditional waterfall methodologies
  • Strong track record for project management and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments a plus 
  • Microsoft C# or other tech stack development experience is a plus

B.A. in Information Systems or B.S. Computer Science

Pay Transparency: "The expected pay range for this position is $35.00–$37.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, 401(k) without employer match. Paid Sick leave is provided based on state or local laws.
