Guided by the organizationโ€™s core values and operating principles, the Manager, Learning & Development leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that support individual, team, and leadership effectiveness. This role focuses on learning strategy, internal enablement, and scalable solutions that drive engagement and measurable impact. The Manager partners closely with functional leaders, subject matter experts, and trainers and owns the endtoend lifecycle of key learning initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and evolution of enterprise learning and development strategy.
  • Design and oversee learning programs that support role readiness, capability building, and leadership development.
  • Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and trainers to assess needs and define program outcomes.
  • Own curriculum development standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability across programs.
  • Build and maintain toolkits, templates, and shared content to enable trainers and facilitators.
  • Collaborate with HR and Learning Partners to align training priorities with business needs.
  • Measure and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance data.
  • Incorporate learning technologies and innovative approaches into program design.
  • Manage external vendors and content partnerships as needed.
  • Support engagement, succession, and team development initiatives through learning solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree required in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in L&D or OD program management.
  • HR or Learning Certification preferred (SHRM-CP, CPLP, ATD).
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, using ADDIE or comparable learning frameworks.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or similar learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to strategic learning initiatives and programs.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • (Masterโ€™s preferred) in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
