Program Overview:

The12-18 month rotational programis designed to develop future Learning & Development professionals through a combination of business immersion, employee development initiatives, and hands-on learning program management.

Participants will complete structured rotations throughout key business functions, includingManufacturing, Digital Education, Technical Service, Marketingand Sales, to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization, employee experience, and business needs. Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to all levels of the organization and interact directly with senior leadership.

Throughout the program, participants will gain hands-on experience leading and supporting high-impact Learning & Development initiatives, including:

Employee Journey & Onboarding

  • Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the employee onboarding experience.

  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance the employee journey from candidate to new hire to long-term employee.

  • Assist in developing onboarding curricula and resources that promote engagement and accelerate productivity.

Digital Education & Technical Service Training

  • Collaborate with Digital Education to develop and maintain digital learning content for both employees and customers.

  • Collaborate with Technical Service on the design and delivery of technical training programs utilizing instructor-led in person formats.

Marketing Partnership, Branding & Communications

  • Contribute to internal communications, employee newsletters, learning campaigns, and promotional materials that drive awareness and engagement.

  • Build cross-functional relationships and gain exposure to marketing strategies, branding principles, and communication best practices that enhance learning adoption across the organization.

Each rotation has defined objectives and projects to help you build the skills and insight needed to support business understanding, employee learning, leadership development, training programs, and talent growth initiatives across the organization.

After the completion of the program, the associate will be eligible for opportunities within Human Resources, including Learning & Development or other business areas based on performance, interests, skills, and most importantly, organizational needs.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Master's Degree (MBA, MIB, MA, or MS) in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and/or related field.

  • 3+ years' professional Human Resources experience.

  • Association for Talent Development APTD or CPTD, or similar certificationpreferred.

  • Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut

  • Strong interest in employee learning, leadership development, training, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills/aptitude and desire to be a leader within a dynamic and growing organization

  • Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently or collaboratively.

  • Must be comfortable spending time on the manufacturing floor to learn business operations and the employee experience.

  • Willingness to travel during business rotations as needed.
