  • Duration: Summer 2026 (May - August, dates flexible)
  • Compensation: This is a Non-Exempt Competitive Hourly Position
  • Reports to: Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert existing paper SOPs and work instructions into structured TalentLMS training modules.
  • Build quizzes, assessments, and completion tracking tools for operator training.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the LMS course library.
  • Support the development of onboarding content for new operators.
  • Coordinate with safety, quality, and operations teams to ensure training content is accurate and current.
  • Help track training compliance and generate completion reports for leadership.
  • Assist with formatting and uploading PowerPoint-based training materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
