Key Responsibilities:- Convert existing paper SOPs and work instructions into structured TalentLMS training modules.
- Build quizzes, assessments, and completion tracking tools for operator training.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the LMS course library.
- Support the development of onboarding content for new operators.
- Coordinate with safety, quality, and operations teams to ensure training content is accurate and current.
- Help track training compliance and generate completion reports for leadership.
- Assist with formatting and uploading PowerPoint-based training materials.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with SOP documentation, process mapping, or training content development is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, given the operator workforce.
- Prior LMS experience is preferred but not required.

- This role is primarily based on site and includes a mix of office, training, and production-area exposure. The intern may occasionally enter plant areas to observe operations, review procedures, and support training activities. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be required when entering operational areas. The work environment may include moderate noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures typical of a manufacturing facility.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience related to training systems, process documentation, instructional content, or business operations is preferred.
- Prior experience with LMS platforms, SOP documentation, or process mapping is a plus but not required.
