As a Talent Development Intern, you won't just observe-you'll contribute. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, creativity, and collaboration, and who wants a behind-the-scenes look at how talent and leadership strategies come to life.
What You'll Do
You'll support a variety of meaningful initiatives, including:
Leadership Academy - Frontline Leader Journey
A development program designed to strengthen shopfloor leaders' skills to effectively lead daily operations, support team performance, and drive consistency in leadership behaviors.
Financial Wellness Program
A program focused on helping team members build healthy money habits, reduce debt, and gain confidence in managing their finances so they can take greater control of their financial wellbeing.
Performance Management
An enhancement of our continuous performance management process within Workday, aimed at improving ongoing feedback, goal alignment, and development conversations throughout the year.
Succession Planning
A structured process to identify, assess, and develop internal talent for key leadership positions and other critical roles to ensure longterm business continuity and readiness.
Mentoring Program Pilot
A pilot initiative that provides space for team members to strengthen existing capabilities or develop new skills, build meaningful connections, and support longterm career growth.
You will support and gain exposure to Talent Development initiatives by:

  • Supporting the delivery of workshops, trainings, and leadership programs by helping bring sessions to life-from preparation through execution.

  • Gathering and interpreting feedback from learning sessions to help improve future programs.

  • Contributing to engagement and development initiatives through creative communications and learning campaigns.

  • Collaborating on Talent Development projects by participating in meetings, tracking progress, and helping move work forward.

  • Creating content that promote learning and career-development opportunities.

  • Enhancing learning materials like slide decks and job aids to keep content impactful and relevant.

  • Gaining exposure to talent reviews and succession planning by helping organize insights and preparation materials.
