Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday. 
Report to: School Director
Job Responsibilities:
• Help create a happy, safe, and engaging classroom every day.
• Welcome children, families, and visitors with warmth and positivity.
• Support fun, age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and display-ready.
• Guide children with patience, kindness, and positive discipline.
• Share updates with families about their child’s day and growth.
• Complete daily paperwork and classroom tasks with care.
• Join trainings, meetings, and school events with enthusiasm.
• Bring a professional attitude, team spirit, and smile each day.
• Spot opportunities to improve and work with the team to make it happen. , assist the lead teacher in the lesson planning and executing of the curriculum in the classroom making sure children learn in a loving, nurturing environment. 
Requirement
  • English speaking is a must.
  • Two years' experience as assistant teacher preferred.
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and with passion to work with kids.
  • Effective communication skills verbal and written. 
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid. Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups. 
  • CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.
Physical Demands
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.  Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching, lifting, and carrying; ability to lift 50 pounds.
