Sales Assistant

Pay: $23–$30/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm

Are you organized, driven, self-confident, and outgoing? We're looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our stable, growing team. This role is a dynamic mix of customer management, data management, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and helping drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer information within our CRM system
  • Prepare bids, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Assist with onboarding and developing relationships with new clients
  • Conduct client visits and support account management activities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Learn our products and solutions to become a trusted resource for customers
  • Assist with client training and product education
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and ensure excellent customer communication
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
