About the Role:

The Learning & Development Coordinator is the operational backbone of our Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) team. This role keeps our programs running smoothly — from scheduling and logistics to LMS administration and team communications. It's an ideal first role for someone who is organized, curious about learning and development, and eager to build a career in People functions.

This role sits at our Entry IC level. You'll build foundational knowledge of how our L&TD function operates, develop relationships across the People team, and grow your contributions to larger team initiatives over time.

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, completions, and reporting

  • Support the team with vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking

  • Maintain the L&TD content library, ensuring materials are organized, current, and accessible

  • Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements

  • Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences

  • Assist with data collection and reporting on program participation and effectiveness

  • Partner closely with the L&TD team to support day-to-day operational and administrative needs

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 0–1 year of experience; internships or relevant coursework in HR, education, communications, or a related field welcome

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Clear communicator, comfortable drafting emails, Slack messages, and simple documents

  • Curious about learning technology and eager to develop LMS proficiency

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

  • Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack and project tools a plus

  • Genuine interest in people development and building a career in L&D or HR

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and equity packages

  • Restricted Stock Units

  • Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs

  • Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance

  • Employer contributions to HSA account

  • Paid parental leave

  • Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability

  • Professional development & tuition reimbursement

  • Mental health & wellness support

  • Commuter benefits (parking & transit)

  • Cell phone stipend

  • 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary

  • Volunteer time off

  • Global travel insurance & emergency assistance

  • Daily meals allowance

  • Additional perks & programs specific to location

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $60,000 – $71,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
