We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program for a full-time, 8-week internship. In this position, you will gain hands-on professional experience and learn how the department runs.

This position is located in our Los Angeles offices. The start date is June 15, 2026, and the schedule for this internship is onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Thursday/Friday Remote).

Job Description
  • Support L&OD Department operations, including the team calendar, team mailbox, bi-weekly team meetings and supplies.
  • Develop presentation materials (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives working with all members of the L&OD Team
  • Physically set up for programs and events by arranging classroom space, evening events, etc.
  • Prepare and organize program materials, including printing handouts, preparing workbooks, mailing materials to participants, securing vendor materials, etc.
  • Support event logistics such as hotel reservations, transportation management, and vendor coordination.
  • Support all members of the L&OD team as needed for cross functional projects, programs, and events.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work independently, with the initiative to manage assignments and follow-through
  • Proactive in identifying questions and seeking clarity, especially in new or ambiguous situations
  • Energetic, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Pay Rate: $18.50 an hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
