THE RUNDOWN
Playfly Sports is looking for a NIL Fulfillment Intern to join our team in Auburn, AL. The NIL Fulfillment Intern will support the execution and fulfillment of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnerships between Auburn student-athletes and partner brands, helping ensure a seamless experience from creative content development to activation delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Coordinate logistics for NIL activations involving student-athletes and brand partners
  • Track student-athlete content delivery and ensure timely fulfillment of deal terms
  • Be present at local business functions and community networking events
  • Monitor and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
  • Assist in the management of Auburn Athletics' subscription platform (War Eagle Plus)
  • Maintain activation calendar and support ongoing project documentation
  • Provide assistance when needed for creative purposes

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • Must be a full-time student at Auburn University
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to participate in multiple events
  • Familiarity with influencer/social media campaign tracking tools
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Interest in sports, marketing, digital media, or event management
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is a plus

TRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 5-10 office hours per week
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain standing for extended periods of time.
