Responsibilities for the Part-Time Payroll Specialist:

  • Process weekly payroll for approximately 350 employees with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage certified payroll reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Calculate and maintain prevailing wage requirements across multiple projects
  • Utilize LCPtracker for project payroll reporting and documentation
  • Maintain payroll records, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll issues

Qualifications for the Part-Time Payroll Specialist:

  • Preferred degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Certified payroll experience required, including prevailing wage regulations
  • Experience processing high-volume payroll, preferably in construction environments
  • Experience using LCPtracker; familiarity with UKG and/or Spectrum preferred (union payroll experience a plus)
