Key Responsibilities for the Fiscal Analyst:
โข Manage budget allocation and track expenses across contracts and grants
โข Prepare and submit vouchers and budget modifications
โข Produce budget vs. actual financial reports
โข Oversee contract and grant accounting, including city contracts and Medicaid billing
Qualifications for the Fiscal Analyst:
โข 3+ years of accounting, budgeting, or grants experience
โข Strong Excel skills
โข Experience with nonprofit financial systems (NetSuite preferred; MIP, Financial Edge, Intacct, etc. welcomed)
โข Background in contract or grant accounting
