- Work directly with employees and managers in both one-on-one and group training environments
- Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in developing onboarding, cross-training, and continuing education programs
- Ensure training materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with operational processes
- Experience in education, training, instructional design, dental, healthcare, manufacturing, or related fields preferred
