A globally recognized law firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, founders, private businesses, financial institutions, and international organizations is seeking an experienced Research & Knowledge Analyst to join its award-winning Knowledge Services team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced law library or legal research professional who enjoys serving as a trusted advisor, leveraging emerging AI technologies, and delivering high-value research that directly supports attorneys, business development initiatives, and strategic decision-making.


📍 Location:

Greenwich, CT

3 days onsite per week

💰 Compensation:

$110,000 – $120,000

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Research & Strategic Intelligence

• Deliver legal, business, industry, and competitive intelligence research to attorneys and business teams

• Support client service, business development, and strategic initiatives through actionable insights

• Monitor legal, regulatory, business, and market developments affecting clients and practice groups

• Conduct company, industry, executive, and market profiling research

🔹 Knowledge Management & Innovation

• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across the firm

• Assist with the implementation and adoption of new knowledge tools and technologies

• Identify knowledge gaps and collaborate on solutions that improve information accessibility

• Help drive the firm's use of AI-powered research and knowledge platforms

🔹 Training & Advisory Services

• Serve as a trusted resource for attorneys and business professionals

• Deliver training on legal research platforms, knowledge repositories, AI tools, and emerging technologies

• Lead orientations and educational sessions for attorneys and staff

• Promote best practices and increase awareness of available research services

🔹 Resource & Library Management

• Assist in evaluating and managing research subscriptions and information resources

• Support collection management and resource optimization efforts

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure research resources align with business needs


What We're Looking For:

✔ MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited program

✔ 5–10+ years of experience within a law library, legal research, or knowledge management environment

✔ Expertise with platforms such as Westlaw Edge, Lexis+, Bloomberg Law, Practical Law, Checkpoint, Capital IQ, Intelligize, PACER, and similar resources

✔ Strong understanding of AI-assisted legal research tools, including generative AI platforms and emerging legal technology solutions

✔ Experience supporting practice areas such as trusts & estates, tax, litigation, corporate, real estate, or intellectual property

✔ Strong competitive intelligence and business research capabilities

✔ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and training skills

✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team
