Job Title: Enterprise Analyst Contract Length: 12+ Month contract Hybrid Work (Some on site work) Location: Lutz, FL 33549 Ref# 245931 This is a project-based role focused on remediating vulnerabilities and optimizing the desktop application environment. The Enterprise Analyst will work as part of a team to reduce risk, improve application governance, and streamline desktop application usage through consolidation and process improvements. The position requires close coordination with business stakeholders to ensure critical operations are not disrupted during remediation efforts

Key Responsibilities Work on a team of analysts to remediate a backlog of desktop vulnerabilities, including: Operating system vulnerabilities Framework application vulnerabilities (e.g., .NET) Desktop application vulnerabilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from remediation activities Coordinate with business units to ensure remediation efforts do not disrupt critical functions Build application packages and automate remediation processes Catalog all desktop applications and identify those that are approved and have completed risk assessments Reduce application footprint by consolidating redundant or similar applications Implement and support an application request process using ServiceNow Required Skills Enterprise-level desktop analyst support (Tier 3+) Microsoft SCCM expertise (application packaging and deployment) Vulnerability remediation of desktops (OS and applications) Project management experience Preferred Skills 3rd-level IT escalation support, including networking, group policy, and security Workstation administration (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy) Microsoft desktop technologies (e.g., Windows 10 and higher, Microsoft 365) PowerShell expertise Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated technical experience aligned with the required skills and responsibilities
