Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Analyst - Enterprise Resource Planning Strategy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Strategy Lead Analyst to join our dynamic team at a large health system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, business analysis, system selection and strategic implementation planning. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of our ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and support our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the optimization of ERP systems across the health system.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing ERP processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align ERP strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our ERP systems remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Translate NYULH business requirements into an RFP and objectively evaluate various vendor solutions in collaboration with project team.
  • Impact use of AI in the ERP workflows

ERP System Implementation and Integration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Training and Support

  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to resolve technical challenges.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with various departments, including finance, human resources, supply chain, and clinical operations, to understand their needs and integrate ERP solutions accordingly.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to address system requirements and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP strategy, implementation, platform selection and optimization, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Proven track record of successfully leading ERP projects from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data management and reporting tools.
Knowledge of integration techniques and best practices.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Adaptability and willingness to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
