Job description

Knowledge Manager

The Opportunity:

As an analytics professional, you thrive on using your critical-thinking skills to dig deep into complex data and mining solutions, and you know how to apply your business and technical experience to develop analytical processes, tools, and applications. As a Knowledge Manager on our team, you'll assume responsibility for the development and execution of the program's knowledge management processes. Coordinate and monitor knowledge management processes, ensuring processes align with government and corporate IT processes. Seek opportunities to develop and incorporate new efficiencies, procedures, and metrics to capture, track, and report program performance. You will maintain data, information, and reporting components for program functional areas and lead development and execution of knowledge management training for our team.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Knowledge Manager

  • Experience with information architecture, scripting, programming, software applications, and business operations workflows

  • Experience with MS SharePoint and non-SharePoint web-based solutions for information sharing

  • Experience working on a cross functional team and responding to dynamic requirements

  • Knowledge of planning and coordinating the life cycle of organizational data, including record keeping and information management

  • Knowledge of information security (INFOSEC) and risk analysis, management, and mitigation

  • Ability to oversee design, implementation, and execution of knowledge management user interface features to organize, maintain, and share data, information, and knowledge

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working with the Department of War, the Intelligence Community, or FEDSIM programs

  • Experience working in a Project Management Office with deliverable management or Contract Data Requirements List processes

  • Experience with MS Power Platform including Power BI and Power Automate or other software to create and automate workflows, visualizations, and analytics

  • Experience with database management and conducting data query and analysis using relational databases and query languages

  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery

  • Knowledge of program or business management strategy, processes, planning, and application

  • Knowledge of Booz Allen's Information eXchange (BIX) iteration

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing technical training presentations and brief large audiences, relationship building skills, and time management skills

  • Bachelor's degree

  • PMI PMP, ACP, or CKM Certification a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
