The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of knowledge management principles and the ability to work within a secure environment, leveraging their expertise to support the organization's mission. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. - Manage and maintain knowledge databases and repositories, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them. - Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization through workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives. - Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the integrity of sensitive information, requiring TS SCI w/ CI Poly clearance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to continuously enhance the organization's capabilities.## QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field. - Proven track record in managing and implementing knowledge management systems and strategies within an organization. - Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment, preferably with exposure to sensitive information handling.
