Magazine.****As Knight Federal Solutions continues to grow, we look forward to hiring the best and the brightest to join us in our success!**Job Purpose: - The Knowledge Manager at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for overseeing the organization's knowledge management strategy, ensuring that critical information is effectively captured, stored, and disseminated to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes. The role requires a professional with a deep understanding of knowledge management principles and the ability to work within a secure environment, leveraging their expertise to support the organization's mission. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. - Manage and maintain knowledge databases and repositories, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them. - Facilitate knowledge sharing across the organization through workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives. - Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the integrity of sensitive information, requiring TS SCI w/ CI Poly clearance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management practices, making recommendations for improvements as necessary. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in knowledge management to continuously enhance the organization's capabilities.## QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field. - Proven track record in managing and implementing knowledge management systems and strategies within an organization. - Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment, preferably with exposure to sensitive information handling.
