Our challenge

In this role candidate will bridge business needs and IT solutions within the CLM platform. This role involves analyzing Integration and Power BI requirements, designing technology solutions, and ensuring effective implementation to achieve the client needs. Candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing existing Integration process and managing the CLM Power BI platform. Identify and implement technical capabilities in support of CLM Power BI platform. Additionally, the individual will work across all CLM Power BI domains to ensure consistent reporting and build new capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT CLM, business analysis, and project management, with a deep knowledge of Power BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York, NY is$130k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex reporting requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
  • Lead the analysis and design for business reporting needs. Identify and implement process improvements and data controls to meet data Integration for the CLM Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including different CLM departments to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they align with business objectives. Manage project documentation, timelines, and deliverables using JIRA and Confluence. Support full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through UAT and post-implementation review.
  • System Development and Enhancement: Support the development and enhancement of Power BI platform and CLM systems.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement technologies to streamline different workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status and key milestones to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related degrees.
  • Experience: 7+ years in IT compliance, business analysis, or related roles in financial services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and Integration solutions. Required: SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, and reporting mockup design tools.
  • CLM Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CLM practice and regulatory reporting standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate business needs into technical requirements and resolve complex compliance issues.
