The Opportunity
As a BillingPlatform Implementation Consultant, Manager, you will specialize in enhancing financial operations within organizations by assessing processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results, while coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also engage in strategic planning and execution, mentor junior staff, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery. By partnering with team leadership, you will confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders. This opportunity allows you to develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, reinforcing professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of BillingPlatform solutions to enhance financial operations

- Enhance processes related to BillingPlatform implementations
- Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Designing and executing strategies for process automation and financial systems integration
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with client expectations
- Coaching and developing team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Collaborating with clients to provide guidance on financial management and strategy
- Overseeing the development of financial solutions to optimize client financial performance
- Validating the integrity and effectiveness of financial controls and reporting systems
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery
- Addressing and resolving conflicts with clients and team members professionally
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant
- Experience implementing BillingPlatform implementation
- Understanding of enabling technologies for finance and accounting
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
- Utilizing financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Managing complex financial operations and reporting systems
- Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members
- Embracing change and innovation in financial services operations

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
