Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Michigan. This is a W2 Contract position offering both onsite and hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives and data analysis efforts
Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements.
Requirements:
