Job description

About the Role:

Reflex Performance Resources, the team behind 90 Degree by Reflex, Yogalicious, and Reflex, is expanding our licensed entertainment IP activewear division in partnership with a major global entertainment licensor. We are now hiring a Junior Activewear Apparel Fashion Designer whose primary responsibility will be execution: applying approved licensed artwork to existing activewear bodies under the direction of Senior Designers.

This is a structured, hands-on role inside a professional licensing approval system. It is ideal for a technically strong, detail-oriented junior designer who wants direct experience working with global entertainment IP.

You will receive:

  • Official licensor style guides (character art, prints, icons, typography systems, color palettes, usage rules)
  • Approved graphics and asset libraries
  • Line sheets of blank activewear bodies created by our internal design team
  • Clear placement direction and feedback from Senior Designers

Your responsibility is to accurately apply licensed artwork onto garment bodies in a way that:

  • Strictly follows style guide requirements
  • Maintains character integrity, scale, and proportion
  • Aligns with garment construction and wearability
  • Is clean, organized, and submission-ready for licensor approval

You will work within a structured multi-round review process that includes internal leadership feedback before external licensor submission.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply approved character art, prints, icons, and graphic elements to activewear silhouettes
  • Create placement graphics and scaled repeats according to direction
  • Execute color applications that align with approved palettes
  • Prepare organized Illustrator files for internal review and licensor submission
  • Revise designs through multiple feedback rounds
  • Maintain strong version control, file naming, and asset organization
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers, the Licensing Coordinator, and production teams
  • Support updates required during the approval and production process

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in apparel, fashion, or graphic design
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented with strong technical execution skills
  • Comfortable following structured guidelines and brand rules
  • Able to work efficiently through multiple revision rounds
  • Familiar with garment construction basics and how graphics translate onto apparel
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and responsive to direction

Experience working with licensed entertainment artwork or structured style guide environments is a plus, but not required.

Why Join Reflex

  • Work with globally recognized entertainment IP
  • Gain experience inside a structured licensing approval ecosystem
  • Learn directly from senior creative leadership
  • Be part of a fast-growing licensed activewear division
  • Clear path for growth based on performance and skill development
