As a Senior Apparel Designer, you'll lead the creative direction for multiple lifestyle brands, managing and developing a talented team of designers. You'll drive the design vision from concept to final product, ensuring every collection reflects current trends and delivers market-right, profitable products. Your leadership will shape the brand's aesthetic, influence business outcomes, and elevate your team's skills and impact.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including merchandising, sourcing, and technical design-to deliver innovative products that resonate with our customers. This role offers high visibility, opportunities to present to leadership, and the chance to travel for trend research and inspiration.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, nad NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of apparel designers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.

  • Drive the design vision and strategy for multiple brands, from initial concept through final product approval.

  • Present brand concepts and collections to buyers and leadership, delivering compelling storytelling and business insights.

  • Research and interpret seasonal trends, traveling domestically and internationally to gather inspiration and market intelligence.

  • Develop seasonal color palettes, select fabrics and trims, and manage material libraries to ensure brand alignment.

  • Oversee product development for all classifications, managing design packages, sketches, and PLM data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, resolve calendar issues, and deliver innovative products.

  • Identify new business opportunities and white space, articulating ideas to drive growth and differentiation.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 6-8 years of fashion industry experience in apparel design, with proven team leadership.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, trend awareness, and successful product launches.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and PLM systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
