We are seeking an Associate Apparel Designers specializing in Cut & Sew Knits and Sweaters to support our Sleep & Lounge and Speed divisions. These roles are responsible for creating original, trend-driven apparel concepts that balance style, function, and commercial viability.
The ideal candidate brings strong knitwear expertise, a deep understanding of fabric and construction, and the ability to translate fashion trends into compelling seasonal product. Depending on experience, designers will support either women's Sleep & Lounge product or Speed/performance-driven product.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create original cut & sew knit and/or sweater design concepts aligned to seasonal direction
  • Interpret fashion trends and translate them into commercially viable apparel
  • Develop sketches, technical flats, and seasonal design presentations
  • Partner cross-functionally with sourcing and materials development teams
  • Select and develop fabrics and trims appropriate for category needs
  • Provide fit and body block guidance and actively participate in fit sessions
  • Ensure designs balance aesthetics, function, quality, and cost considerations
  • Collaborate with design leadership to execute category strategies

Qualifications
  • Related experience in apparel design with emphasis in cut & sew knits and/or sweaters
  • Strong understanding of fabric development, knit construction, and garment fit
  • Ability to analyze and interpret fashion trends
  • Proficiency in sketching and concept development
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
