Fashion Studio Assistant - Entry - Level

Ideal for recent graduates in Fashion, Fine Arts, Textile Design, Merchandising, or related creative fields seeking hands-on experience supporting a designer and learning the business side of fashion.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a busy textile designer in a creative office and retail environment. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in Art, Fashion, or Design who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the textile industry.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. They should enjoy interacting with people, handling a variety of responsibilities, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Welcome clients and guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Maintain organized files, records, and office systems.
  • Assist with showroom and store operations as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and help manage changing priorities.
  • Support special projects and day-to-day business needs.
