ITS Regulatory Application Analyst III (Epic)

Pride Health is hiring an ITS Regulatory Application Analyst III (Epic) for one of its clients in Massachusetts.
This is a 3-month contract with a possible extension, with competitive pay and benefits.

It’s a fully Remote role.

Job Title: ITS Regulatory Application Analyst III (Epic)
Pay range: $65 - $68 an Hour on a W2
Location: Boston, MA - 02118
Duration: 3 months of contract (Possibility of an extension)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5x8 Hr
Work Type: Remote

Job Summary
The ITS Regulatory Application Analyst III supports regulatory compliance efforts within a healthcare IT/EHR environment, ensuring accurate data reporting and alignment with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT teams to analyze workflows, implement system configurations, and support Epic-based regulatory reporting in a large academic medical center. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills and may involve mentoring junior analysts.

Job Duties
• Support regulatory initiatives and Epic system build/configuration activities.
• Analyze clinical and operational workflows to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Gather and document system and reporting requirements.
• Evaluate Epic releases and assess impact on regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain regulatory reports and data validation processes.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders on large-scale projects.
• Track regulatory updates and implement necessary system changes.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support decision-making for compliance needs.
• Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
• Maintain Epic certifications and support ongoing system enhancements.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years healthcare IT or clinical systems experience (preferably academic medical center).
• 5+ years of experience as a clinical/business analyst or IT project manager.
• Epic Inpatient or Ambulatory certification required.
• Epic Clinical Documentation certification required.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory reporting.
• Experience with large, cross-functional project management.
