A career as an Operations Analyst at National Bank, youโ€™ll contribute to the client experience by supporting your colleagues and partners with products, systems and processes. Your passion for data and involvement in the various processes will allow you to contribute your expertise to developing and executing the strategy for all business sectors.

Your job:

  • Analyze and interpret data to accurately carry out various requests.
  • Offer excellent customer service to our different partners and clients.
  • Share your expertise with stakeholders.
  • Help develop, implement, and improve new work processes and systems.
  • Compile, produce, and analyze a variety of reports and statistics.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team:

On your team, you will collaborate daily with the different Bank sectors and more experienced professionals to offer day-to-day operations support. You can count on your colleagues to share their knowledge and help you. Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your team.
